Also i can have the wheels just free rolling with me sitting on it and it makes the scraping noise sounds like it coming from the disk rear bikes it doesnt make it if just spinning the wheels with the seat upside down

It could be a variety of reasons. If you just bought the bike, take it back to the bike shop and have them fix it (under warranty)

One of two things is the cause here. The first could be the disk brake. Disk brakes have a habit of making a scraping sound if not dialed in perfectly. They can be a little finicky at first but often work themselves in with use. The second could be a bearing in the rear wheel or freewheel. I would highly doubt this though as you would hear a scraping noise. You'd probably have a clunk and feel something loose.

The bearings in the rear wheel could be fractionaly loose, when the bike is upside down there is no pressure on the axle so the wheel will sit square, When you are riding, the pressure on the axle causes the wheel to lean just slightly enough for the disc to run at an angle so as to rub on the brake pads.
A quick trip to the bike shop should solve your problems.

I'm not sure, but check to see if the chain is rubbing on something. It has happened to me in the past.

your chain could be lose. Check your chain to see if it is lose
