Hi, what's the quickest way to replace a lost car title in the state of Georgia?

It does sound like the quickest way would be to visit your local BMV in person at the Customer Service Operations of this department's Motor Vehicle Division on a "while you wait" basis, but there will be an additional $10.00 special handling fee charged per application.

The owner applies for a duplicate title, real simple. If more than one registered owner on record, all must sign the form.

You need to go to your DMV and request for a lost title app
