Hellim I should take it to the vet as soon as possible it could have picked up some poisen. 24 hrs is quite a long time for nausea.

its possible your cat killed an animal like a rat that must have had an illness or had a pestcide on its fur,if i were you,i wouldnt wait,take it to a vet asap. withpeninhand33

As soon as possible. If it's out hunting, it's probably been poisoned.
