I'm flying into Perth going up the coast to the reef. Then into the red centre 4 a while then out to Brisbane and down to Sydney.
Any must-dos?

Brisbane- go to Southbank. It's a great place to go. The city is lots of fun...there's not too much amazingly uniquely "Australian" to do there though...but if you have the money, and you aren't afraid of heights, and relatively fit, it would be absolutely awesome to climb the Story Bridge-one of only a few bridge climbs in the world! I suggest going at dawn or late afternoon/sunset-it gets quite hot during the day, especially up there on the bridge. You can go to the Botanical gardens in the city, or out a bit in Toowong...you should definitely go to the top of Mt Cootha and there's a nice little cafe/restaurant up there...and a great view. If you want to do something aboriginal, I'd check with Brisbane people to organise a trip to an Aboriginal community or something like that, they're really interesting places to go to...There are lots of awesome cafes to go to around Brisbane...in West End near Southbank there's a great place called "The Three Monkeys"..awesome place....there are movies...the usual things heh. Oh, and I think you can do some sort of rock-climbing on Kangaroo Point. If Brisbane starts to bore you, then go to the Gold Coast!!!!! Firstly for the beach(but during the day, it CAN get cold at night), secondly for the amazing fresh seafood, thirdly for the shopping (Pacific Fair is AWESOME) and fourthly...it is absolutely magical there. at sunset...magical. It may be cold, but definitely worth it.
Anyway, hope you have fun in Australia:)

Hmmm... by reef, I am assuming NOT the Great Barrier as it is on the opposite coast from Perth. Weather at the Tropic of Capricorn in the winter can be in the 70's even 80's (F).... however, Sydney can get cool, down to the 50's. When in Sydney, travel up to the Blue Mountains and go to Three Sisters. Hike down the stairs and walk up to the coal tram that takes you back to the rim. Eat at Hydro Magestic Hotel.... last time I was there they had a revolving floor in the dining area. They also have a "winter" scene set up for Christmas in July... very neat and pretty.

Weathers Great then! Um in Perth and sydney its generally Mild-cool (14-19 Degrees C) its a pleasant temp for most people from US or Europe! In Perth, go to fremantle (coast Suburb of perth, popular tourist area) maybe to scarborough too !

Up in Exmouth (I assume you mean the Ningaloo Reef) its warm i think _ like never under 20 Deg C! GO SNORKELLING THERE- terrific!!!!!

In the red centre its actually quite cool in winter, but if you mean late winter, then it can be Quite warm- Nights below freezing too!! Go to Ayers Rock (uluru) even tho i personally dont care about seeing a stupid big red rock!!!!! But to most people visiting australia its amazing and a Must Do! So yeah

In Brisbane go down to the gold coast (less than an hour drive). (climates low to mid twentys)
In Sydney- Climb Sydney Harbour bridge and go to manly by ferry!

Enjoy your trip to the Most beautiful place in the world!!!

Which reef are you going to? The Great Barrier Reef is over 4000km from Perth on the other side of the country.

Seasons are caused by the earths tilt on its axis and the earths position in its orbit around the sun. In June (northern summer) the northern hemisphere is tilted toward the sun and the southern hemisphere is tilted away from the sun. We in the northern hemisphere recieve more sunlight and warmth and have warmer temperatures while the southern hemisphere recieves less light and warmth and has lower temperatures. In December the northern hemisphere is tilted away while the southern hemisphere is tilted toward the sun and the north has winter while the south has summer.
