Hmm, I would try a little yogurt- maybe a vanilla yogurt? Or an omelette or a poached egg with a piece of toast and maybe some fruit? For me, oatmeal with a little brown sugar is always soothing. So is Cream Of Wheat. Whatever you do, eat very very slowly so that you can predict if your stomach will accept what you're eating. Good luck!

With tummy problems, the best things is not to eat too much.
If you eat a lot your stomach will react in a negative way to the new food. I know it can be hard because you haven't eaten much and will be feeling very hungry.
Better to eat several small meals than one big one.
I would recommend soft foods, like yogurt, bananas, non acidic fruit or boiled eggs. Other things such as fruit juice and milk are good to drink. The health drinks are also good. They have fibre and lots of nutrients and if you really can't eat they are a reasonable short term substitute for eating regular meals.
Cereals may not be right for your stomach as they take a lot more digesting.
You can also eat some natural calmatives for your stomach. Mint tea or bananas are known to have this effect. I have had a delcious mint and milk drink, but I don't have the recipe (but try your local cafes).

Warm a can of cream of chicken, or cream of mushroom, with just enough water added to let it warm through. Now toast some bread, and pour the sauce over the toast. I like it with hot sauce sprinkled on top. Hot sauce is good to open sinuses. Don't eat sugar, plain goat yogurt is good, no sweets!

I find that eating about 1/2 cup of tapioca pudding is easy on the tummy no matter what time of day it is. Most kinds of tapioca have protein, carbohydrates, and a very small amount of fat. You can purchase packs of 4 at the grocers for about $2.50.

The BRATY diet is what my doc always says. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, Yougurt. Yougurt will replace the bacteria in your gut that the antibiotics killed. If those foods sound like too much, clear liquids- juice, broth, gatorade. Hope you feel better.

Sounds like either plain fruit or fruit with yogurt would be the best thing for you. The fruit would not upset your stomach, and if the antibiotic is causing an overgrowth of yeast, the yogurt will help with that.

Try nibbling on some soda crackers.
then some toast, and soft boiled eggs, and or scrambled eggs.
my mammas cure for us kids when we were sick and got our hunger back!
start with the crackers.
if you are worried about fat, or cholesteral, don't eat the egg yolks of all the eggs.
boil 4minutes for soft boiled eggs runny yolk
6 mintues for 1/2 hard/ yellow almost solid
8 1/2minutes for hard boiled eggs.
i would start with crackers, see how they settle.
a banana, and tea, then toast and eggs.
good protien and i hope you like eggs, i just eat the egg white,
but when i'm sick i like the runny yolks on my toast torn into little pieces.
mums are good aren't they?
try oatmeal? that would work!
warm for the tummy with cinnamon and brown sugar.
or make french toast!!
