I don't know if it's still part of the abdomen but it's the place where my bellybutton is.The outer part doesn't hurt the inner part is the one that hurts. It doesn't hurt when you push the bellybutton. It doesn't hurt passively. It just hurts when stretch your bellybutton using your hands to your left or upward. What are the organs there? What is this I am feeling? Any suggestions? Thanks.

No there aren't any bruises whatsoever outside. It just looks like a normal bellybutton.

This is where the large intestines reside. If you have constipation or diarrhea this could be causing the pain you are feeling. It could be the intestine pushing on the belly button if it is full because of constipation. Use a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This will start the muscle moving, loosening the waste and removing the waste from your body.

It could be tight muscles. Have you been doing a lot of sit ups lately? If it were something concerning your organs I don't think it wouldn't take movement to make it hurt, it would hurt when you were still.

What does the skin look like? Do you have a cut, or an infection in the skin?

I think it's the intestines that are inside that part of your abdomen. If the pain is intense or continues I'd see a doctor about it.
