Ok as of yesterday at lunch I have been feeling really weird in my gut and around the region of intestines and that. I have felt like throwing up once, but the majority of the time it has made me more flatulent and when i go to the toilet, it seems as though i am partially constipated. My gut has also had pains and aching (sometimes) and just really different feelings.

whats wrong with me? what have I got? how can i fix it and how long will it last?

I dont know if this helps but the at school yesterday I bought a sausage roll from the school and what may have happened was it was there over the past 3 weeks (school holidays) so it may be off.

As you explained, you might have a case of food poisoning.

Your best bet is to see your doctor who will prescribe something to clean out your digestive tract and stop the cramps.

Good Luck!

It sounds like you could be dealing with Irritable Bowel Syndrome but I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they think. In the mean time you can try to up the amount of fiber you eat by eating things such as whole grain breads and also drinking lots of water. Drinking lots of water helps keep the body, especially the bowel hydrated which will help the stools to not be so hard.

Im not an expert on health or anything but unless you're in considerable pain or crapping out blood or whatever, but you probably visit a doctor if you want to or if you're worried.
