lucifer refers to satan which means the light bearer... but jesus christ is the carrier of light and the truth- the messiah wouldnt u agree that lucifer is an odd name 2 give to someone who wreaks havoc.. or could lucifer be christ in a matter of ways... pls tell me what u think.....XD

Lucifer was a good Angel because he went all jealousy on humans so all the sins are happening because of his jealousy.

The name Lucifer meaning light bearer is most probably not satans former Angelic name but has come to be thought of as such because of constant usage down through the ages, in much the same way as I may be called speedy because I am a fast runner but this is only descriptive and not my actual name.
It is thought that Lucifer was the first created Angel and God passed knowledge of Himself to the other lesser Angels via Lucifer,hence bearer of light(Gods enlightenment)
Jesus Christ Himself being divine is the light and this is a very different state altogether from being an Angel who is a conduit for Gods light.
