I have felt drowsy, Im an occasional smoker, I sneeze every day without fail.

Colds don't last that long. It isn't a cold...probably an allergy.

No this is not normal for the common cold. It sounds like a sinus cold (I've had a few of these) could be going on because of what you mentioned about the drowsiness. I would recommend that you have this situation evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be going on.

A common cold will not last for three months. You probably suffer from hayfever. You must be allergic to something in the air, probably pollen or dust. Check with your doctor.

Sounds very like a sinus infection or a condition known as Periennial Rhinitus both require investigation by your Doctor, you may have to tae aa antihistamine daily to treat this.
