Do you think the parents who brainwash their children by saying that there is no god should be imprisoned?

Don't be so silly. Do you think parents who brainwash their children by claiming their is a Santa Claus should be imprisoned?? It's not brainwashing it's sharing and encouraging your beliefs with your children which is every parents right. Stifling those rights can lead to imprisonment.

oooh oooh....can we also imprison the parents that brainwash their kids that other kids whose shoes and belts don't match need to be made fun of?

Oh oh and can we hang 'em high should they teach their kids the Disney values of life? (don't worry Daddy will bail you out of any real bad mermaid trouble)

oooooh and can we just burn them at the stake for ingraining the idea of paying taxes?

come on friend, all people need something to fall back on as nothing in life is like surfing and calm. Just like the Union Organizations represent nonunion workers, so must the godless protect the rights of those with a god. It's not a beautiful world we live in, but it is ours....we should figure out some sort of manner to live together.

Yes, but first you must prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that:

1. There is no God.
2. Parents are intentionally brainwashing their children strictly for purposes with criminal intent.
3. These same parents weren't also "brainwashed" by their own parents, no one wants to make criminals out of victims you know.

When these three things have been proven, beyond doubt, then by all means, put 'em in jail.

Not at all.

But if we did, don't forget to lock up all the parents who brainwashed their children by saying there isn't a God.

=)

That might not be a bad idea. That way we Bible believing Christians can sit behind bars and relax and have plenty of time to keep praying and reading scripture while the rest of you heathens support us financially from your hard earned taxes you pay and we still get to go to heaven and of course you know where you are going according to the Bible, especially if we are imprisoned for teaching the truth to our children!

That kind of thinking is embraced in China. Please move there. Your question is an insult to the memory of veterans who poured out their blood for our freedom.

In the US we have freedom of religion.

New Hampshire motto-
Live Free or Die.

You're not going to take away my freedom, the freedom of my family, church, and friends. Just try it. Did I mention that NH supports second amendment rights and that basically everyone is armed? You can be ignorant and say that "Christians are brainwashed." That's fine. The US protects freedom of speech. I think you're an idiot. But that's fine.

But you are NOT going to imprison even one person for his religious beliefs. There are millions of us who are armed and ready to fight for freedom.

If the government ever changes to what you are saying, it will be time for another American revolution. But you don't have the guts. You don't really believe in anything.

Those who are willing to devote their lives to something, and if necessary die for something, are the ones who will prevail.

NH Constitution, Bill of Rights

Article 1. [Equality of Men; Origin and Object of Government.] All men are born equally free and independent; therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good.

[Art.] 2-a. [The Bearing of Arms.] All persons have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves, their families, their property and the state.

Art.] 10. [Right of Revolution.] Government being instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security, of the whole community, and not for the private interest or emolument of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, whenever the ends of government are perverted, and public liberty manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the people may, and of right ought to reform the old, or establish a new government. The doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power, and oppression, is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.

And you would imprison your own Father and Mother for doing this, I wonder how Stalin would have loved you for this.

No but I think the ones that don't should be punished. And they usually are in the form of heathen children.
