Corned Beef Hash:

3 tablespoons oil
1 cup onions, chopped
3 cups corned beef, cooked, cut into 1/2" cubes (about 2 pounds)
2-3 cups potatoes, cooked, cut into 1/2" cubes
fresh parsley
1. cook onions in oil over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
2. add beef and potatoes and reduce heat to medium, and press down to compress.
3. cook without stirring until the bottom is browned 10-15 minutes.
4. garnish with parsley.

I cubecooked beef , potatoes and onions, Mix them together.
Lightly grease a skillet , fry the mixture on low until the potatoes are done
