Personally, I think its the fact that many beekeepers move their bees around the country at different times of year.

Stress or fungus I think.

I suspect that we will find that it is not one cause, but rather a synergy of stresses, including parasites, climate, stress, pesticides, etc. The bigger question is how soon before we start to suffer from this complex and vital problem.
