Feed her a premium kibble, such as Canidae, or Wellness, Innova, etc. Nothing at the grocer's is worth feeding a pregnant dog.
If you are not feeding a premium dog food, then you should ask your vet about prenatal vitamins (NOT human ones)
Many vets recommend puppy food during the last half of pregnancy, but she won't need that if being fed a premium dog food..

Pregnant b itches should be fed puppyfood - it has all the extra protein, nutrients and calories that they need. They need to be fed this while they are lactating as well, as this puts even more stress on their bodies than pregnancy. They can switch back to normal dogfood when the puppies are weaned.

It should not be necessary to give a dog supplementation during pregnancy if she has the right diet. Also, never give any supplements without consulting a vet first - there is evidence that this can actually do more harm than good. Getting too much of one vitamin or mineral can be as harmful as not getting enough. The same is true of humans.

I agree that pregnant dogs need more protein etc. and that is why people reccommend puppy food- honestly puppy food is a marketing tool as a good brand of food with the right nutrients is best with the amount you feed increased as the dog grows and gains weight. If you would like to look at a safe-holistic-nutrient dense food that is safe from all the recalls then check my source at the bottom. When you go to dog food you can look at the information and see amounts reccommended to feed pregnant dogs.
All four of my dogs from puppy to 10 yr old plus my cat eat this food and are doing so well. I have no recall worries and have 100% confidence in this food and the vet who formulates it. Now is the time to take a long hard look at what we are feeding our pets as with all the recalls we are learning that alot of brands have been using cheap fillers to raise the protein in their food formulas like wheat gluten, corn gluten, soy and rice protein concentrate and now are all ending up in the recall. Please research and choose a holistic food without these awful ingredients.Check this link for in my experience with my own pets is excellent.

some brands have special diets for pregnant dogs. if not, you can try feeding them a puppy diet, which are higher in fats and proteins. also, feed her more. if your dogs is not the kind who eats anything in front of her, i suggest you let her have free access to the food and let her eat as much as she likes. but make sure she's not overweight. you can also try feeding her supplements. but overall, if your dog is healthy, she should be able to go through pregnancy without a special diet. just more quantity is fine
