so i have a problem with windows and i need a system restore point but i have mine turned off is there a downloadable one for windows xp proffesional sp2 i know i could reinstall windows but i need my comp fully functioning today

If you don't have any, you cannot "get" one. System restore points are unique to your system and setup. If you don't have any, you are [beep]ed. Sorry.

if you've got system restore turned off then there is no way you can revert to an earlier time, the best way forward at the moment is to post the problem as a question someone may know the answer tell you how to fix it
if all else fails then you will probably have to reinstall windows

Hello Dear
Restore point for a computer is unique and you cant download it .You should make it for yourself on your PC . IF you want to go to last good configuration in your PC reboot it press F8 go to main menu select Last Good Configuration .It may help you .
