It may be too early for you. You may be a night person. Some high schools in America are starting school later because teens need more time in the morning. That said, from your spelling and grammar, you clearly need tutoring. Perhaps you can arrange for something in the early evening? Or right after school? Also, if you take a nap in the afternoon, it will make it harder to go to sleep at night. Try walking for half an hour when you feel tired and having a snack with some protein in it. Or try to eat more protein at lunch and see if that helps. Too many carbs at lunch can make you feel sleepy in the afternoon.

If you can try not to sleep in the afternoon, then you can sleep earlier at night. But if you need to, take a short nap of half an hour instead of one hour.

Exercise in the evening will also make you sleep better in the night.

Sometimes you can also make some notes with cards, you can walk in the park and read some of your notes, it would be easier for you to absorb better ( I had done this before).

Tuition at six o'clock is early but if you have sufficient sleep in the night, it is the best time as you can absorb better.

I know this sounds very simplistic, but just ride it out until you get used to it. Our bodies have an internal clock that can be adjusted. It's hard for you to fall asleep at 10 at night and wake up at 5:15 because as you said, you've never had to do it before. But if you stick to this schedule, your body clock will adjust itself and soon, it will become your normal sleep cycle. The important thing is not to stray from these hours. For example, don't stay up late and sleep in on weekends. This will just make it harder for you to get back on track on Monday and it will mess up your body clock again. As hard as it is, stick to the same schedule 7 days a week and within a couple of months, it will seem normal to you and you won't be tired in the mornings. Also, try not taking a nap in the afternoons. Again, it'll be hard at first, but you'll get used to it and it'll help you fall asleep at 10 p.m. I know you're tired, but think about it...of course you're not going to be able to fall asleep at 10 p.m. if you take a nap at 2 p.m. That's only about 7 hours since you've "woken up" as far as your body is concerned.

you might try some sleepy time or just chamomile tea. that might help you to relax. don't take your nap during the day that can screw things up for your sleeping at night. you might also try some melotonin that is herbal and can relax you as well. if none of this does work then you might want to consider going to the doctor and seeing if he can prescibe some sleeping pills. that could help and most are non habit forming but you do have to make sure that you can get a least 8 hours of sleep a night otherwise you will be dragging butt all day. hope this helps and as for the studing you just have to do it. it sucks i know but just if it gets overwhelming take one thing at a time

everyone here is right of course, nay the dr. visit. There is something to be said of experiencing the sunrise, in that there is a particular light in the rising sun that we cannot see. , the name of it escapes me, but it is said to give men an influx of a hormone, an androgen, known for driving men to work harder. So try to stand in the sunrise and catch some rays, try to sleep less in the afternoon and good luck man!
ps, look up reiki color therapy;
if you think you will try pills try benadryl, 12 mg just before bed time.(break the 25 mg in half ) good luck bro
