You can always get your own computer. Tell your folks that is the only thing you want for your birthday, since your sister won't share.
Or you can set up a schedule and set times that you are each allowed on, she gets the later time since she is older.
Or you can tell your parents that she is doing bebo and msn and mention that you are worried about her. (but only if you want to be mean)

Have a debate with her in front of your parents! Act maturely and don't let your temper go up, or else you would yell at her, and then it wouldn't even be a debate. Be sure to make a list of reasons why you want to go on the computer, and another list about why she should get off the computer!

You're supposed to be close to your sister. What you can do is talk to her and tell that you too need your time on the comp.
If it doesn't work tell your parents. If that too doesn't work go near her while she is on the comp and give her an unforgettable shoulder massage while she is typing. She'd enjoy it very much and let you use the comp. If possible give her a lovely foot massage as well!!!!

im a sister so i know how she feels because i never let my little brother on the comp either so honestly i think it would be sooo much more helpful if your parents got you your own computer/laptop. and if they dont, it always works to say "but i need it for school soon because im going to _____grade and it is a necessity to print and research, i need it for my grades!!" and then hopefully they will get you that computer, because thats how i got mine!

Try to have your parent(s) set a schedule so you both have time and if it is disregarded then that person loses privelages for the night. Or ask for your own computer!
