In your scriptures was there a mention of a prophet coming in later days, and he will be the last prophet..... please quote text if needed

Prophet Muhammad pbuh has been prophecized by Jesus pbuh in bible.
Deuteronomy 18:18
I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

Isaiah 29:12
29:12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

Song of Solomon 5:16

However, the NT or Christian scriptures mention many Christian prophets -- quite a few. Thus Jesus was not the last prophet -- unless you mean the last to the Jewish system of things before the law covenant was abolished.

Jesus is and was the last prophet.
It is NOT the Holy Spirit, as that is simply God's power and as a force cannot function of its own. It can only be directed by God.
The writing and direction of the Bible as we have it is sufficient for us to know God's will.
but for some, it will never be clear.

As far as I know, there is no mention of any prophet coming in later days. Unless you are referring to the second coming of Christ but Christ to us Christians is not just prophet but also king, God and Savior. There is a possibility that a cult group who claims to be a Christian and misinformed you regarding it.

3And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth." 4These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. 5If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die. 6These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.

I don't know if they will be the last prophets or not.
