I have been having wierd lymph node pains... help!?

Question

It is only on my left side under my jaw line where that lymph node is. It feels like I'm being stabbed and I can't move that side of my body for about thirty seconds and then it goes away. It has been occurring about every 2-3 hours. I obviously know I need to go to the doctor, I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this or knows what it could be. Thanks!

Sure it is lymph node and not a saliva duct blockage? I had the later and the symptoms seem the same.
