You should make sure you eat healthy food, stay away from junk food, and exercise about half an hour a day. Most importantly, I would stay away from magazines that give you an unrealistic picture of how much you should weigh: that is unhealthy thinking.

I hate to tell you this brother, but you're body weight is just fine! If you body composition isn't what you want it to be, I would recommend increasing your daily activity. Play more sports, and increase cardiovascular activity... Your muscle tone will start to show more, and your body fat will slim down.
When you get to your 18th birthday, then I would highly recommend the below reading material on how to truly reach your genetic potential!
