Yes of course. There is hardly a virus or bacteria that cannot be transmitte by sexual contact. FIV or FeLV is the most common one in cats, particularly as they tend to fight a bit before mating - the virus is transmitted in blood.

Just one of the many, many reason why neutering cats and dogs is essential for their health.
