ulan burdada herkes türk. ne demişler, 1 türk dünyaya bedeldir... i don't know what it means....

It's Turkish. It means;

Boy/Buddy/Hey (ulan is just an expression, and there's no exact meaning in English), everybody's Turk here. What do they say...A Turk is worth the whole world.
