So I recently broke up with my ex, well... broke up a long time ago, but now I don't have anyhting to do with her. In the process of that, I got a lot closer with a friend who is a friend of mines ex. We've hung out a few times and talked a lot about our problems with our ex's... We've gotten pretty close in that sense and now I've developed some feelings for her. I invited her out with some friends and I to a get together tonight... She never got back to me on it, but she showed up... Just didn't tell me she was there, though I seen her walk in. I think she may've thought that her ex would be there and that might've been the reason she came there, but we talk pretty often. Normally I'd get a decline in my invitation or she would accept... I have no idea what to think about this... Even if we're just friends, that's cool, but why not come over to where we were? Or call me if she didn't see me there?? Pretty confusing.

For starters, The reason she probably didn't go to you or call is because if your Ex, and her ex were both there it would cause some major drama because her Ex, might not be over her yet, and might not want to see her with anyone else and if he sees you with her he would get the idea that you were together, and that might cause a fight over her. But that gives her no excuse because if her and her Ex, were over she shouldn't be worried about if he's there or not cause they're not together anymore, unless she's worried that you still have feeling for your Ex, or she still has felling for hers.

I Wish You The Best Of Luck!

well I mean she probably feels like she would be betraying her friend....its a sensative issue...give her time....see what happens......if you like her just keep trying and if she decides its worth it she'll come around

I know it's confusing but she knows you like her and she doesn't like you in that way. That is why she is avoiding you.
