Hi! I'm just wondering..how do you say 'congratulations' in Japanese? Like..the congratulations you say when someone has won a sport's game or something ^^

it is "omedetou gozaimasu!"(おめでとうございます) in japanese...

Otanjoubi omedetou gozaimasu(お誕生日おめでとうございあます!) - Happy Birthday! or Congratulations on your Birthday!
Go kekkon omedetou gozaimasu!(ご結婚おめでとうございます) - Happy Wedding! or Congratulations on your Wedding!
Sotsugyou omedetou gozaimasu!(卒業おめでとうございます) - Happy Graduation! or Congratulations on your Graduation!
Go kinenbi omedetou gozaimasu!(ご記念日おめでとうございます) - Happy Anniversary! or Congratulations on your Anniversary!
Go seikou wo omedetou gozaimasu!(ご成功をおめでとうございます) - Congratulations on your success!

omedeto gozaimasu is more polite.

omedetou means congrats.
to say it in a cute way (girls, esp.) --> omedetou you!
formally --> omedetou gozaimasu.
