someone is my family has strep throat and i was wondering if the germs left behind on counters etc. can cause flesh eating disease if i get it on a minor cut or accidently cut myself or something.

Flesh eating disease is a staph infection, not a strep infection.

I doubt it. Nobody really knows where that flesh eating disease comes from- It could be everywhere, but it might take a special set of circumstances to come down with it. It's a random thing...-& most of the time, there are much WORSE things to worry about...
