I am a US citizen who is trying to re enlist into the US Army but they will not allow me. I was wondering if there were an allied country that enlist americans other than the Foriegn Legion.

Many do. USA does-- you can have a resident visa, student visa or green card. We have NON citizens joining everyday and Congress and the President (supposedly AGAINST illegal immigrants) is now allowing them to sign up/ register with the military-- that way now they are documented and in our US database- fingerprints, criminal record, etc and they are guaranteed US citizenship if they serve 6 years.
France, Africa, Spain, Italy, India, just about all of Europe allows it (but it is NOT mandatory) Let's focus on the ones that do NOT allow it-- Austrailia, Great Britain, Switzerland, and China. I'm not sure if Cuba does.

Right now President Bush-- actually VP Cheney; proposed to FORCE illegal immigrants that are caught to be forced to be in military. If they are too old or sick-- then they do desk jobs, etc. And this way they serve their new country; are in the US database and then they serve 6 years and automatically become US citizens after their service. And they get free healthcare! And education! I think it is a great idea but most Republican senators voted against it. So the one thing that Dems and the President were in agreement; the President's own party voted against it....

You are leaving out some vital information of why you were NOT allowed to re-enlist in US, Perhaps try a different branch of the military. I hear the marines take about anyone-- criminals and such. Most countries that DO allow expatriats (meaning immigrants) are NON English speaking countries-- so you better try harder in USA. If you have a health problem that disables you to re-enlist; then no other country will allow you either. If you are a military veteran; you can help your country by working at a Federal agency-- such as a Veteran hospital-- the soldiers coming back from Iraq/Afghanistan NEED YOU for moral support and understanding-- and whom better than a VET ??? Do it! :-) We need YOU HERE! You could join the United Nations Military Council-- they do not take any sides but are PEACE KEEPERS. Right now a majority are in Dafur (a section of Sudan, Africa) where 10,000 people are being killed every WEEK. You can join the UN militia as an American citizen/representative. If you do have a health problem that is diagnosed and in control (taking medication) they will accept you-- but you may only be in medical duty(such as a Red Cross type of duty-- which is quite honorable). If you have a mental condition that the US Army found you to be unfit-- well document and apply a medical plan that you are taking to improve and be "fit" and present that in a 6 month period to display you are ready and willing to re-enlist-- but perhaps try with a different branch- Navy, Marines, Air force. Perhaps do NOT mention you were ever enlisted in any branch-- lie; and see if you get thru this way (there are ALOT of oversights that enlistees fall thru cracks...) and last but not least-- join the Iraqi military-- we see they need help to get back their country.

I am sure they do. We have plenty in the US Military who are not US citizens. Many have been killed in Iraq!
