Spanish. It's so, expressive. You can say almost anything and it sounds lovely. Everything seems to rhyme because of the masculine/feminine endings, etc. The best songs (if you can understand them) are in Spanish. "Te amo" is the most entrancing way to say "I love you" that I know of...

Go for Lukhnavi Hindustani in India .The language does not have any rough slang word . You swear with aplomb and keeping the receiver's dignity intact, like a translated slang sentence will read like ' Do not incite me so much so that I may be compelled to utter something disrespectful to the dignity of your sister ' . I think it´s American- English language, I really like it sound... In my opinion it´s not too hard to learn... and English is an international language, you can be understood round the world.
