Okay i have a gazelle and for some reason it wasent affective just standing on it and doing that stupid movement.. i tried this thing i applied dumbells to the two black foot things you stand on go to the bars a from the other side and do squatting weight lifts.. i can feel the burn.. it hurts and i think its effective.. but is it really not that effecitve or is it just plain stupid doing it that why? oh and plus i apply the little black pressure things it comes with.. but i have seen results but is there anything better to do.. i dont really feel like buying equipment working out with i think this is good enough and it sure gave me results but what do you think should i stick it to it?

Yeah I hate the Gazelle. Never thought it was effective when I had to sell it to people.

Now I'm not sure what you are talking about "applied dumbells to the two black foot things you stand on go to the bars a from the other side"...

Are you talking about sliding back and forth on the slick surface mat? Or something that you added to the Gazelle?

However you end with It sure gave you results...and thats the end goal right? So if it's working--go for it. Definitely stick with it.

Anything you do with added weights (even just the regular walking the dog around the block) is going to be harder with added weights. It adds more resistance and therefore you are burning more calories, using more effort to do the exact same task. So if it's giving you the desired results--why are you questioning if you should stick with it?
