It used to be 120/80 for blood pressure, but now they are lowering the numbers, so that the above numbers would still be within normal limits but higher than desired.

90-120/60-80 for blood pressure. 60-100 for heart rate. These are average, health ranges for adults.

That is a medical question that has so many variables that it would be impossible to answer accurately. It would depend on the persons age, general physical condition, whether or not they were taking any kind of medication or not etc.

Mine is generally about 110 over 60 or so with a heart rate also near sixty. My doc considers my bp and heart rate to be low for a person my age.

I am not a medical person.. and this is the wrong section... but I think it is 120/70 if you are young. and pulse of 70.
