Getting there. Science almost has The abrahams fired. Just like Zues, poor Zues and all his God friends who got fired. History will repeat itself. When you think you know God you will think you know God again and again and again until you reach Christ Consciousness realized, just like jesus did. Evolving from Bicameral slaves into Christs was something that we should have accomplished 2,000 years ago. It is going to happen soon though. 2 years tops. Its time.

What does Knowledge mean.. try to understand... Wisdom and knowledge together make the thing great.. Wisdom is God Given Gift.. and Knowledge is experience and human struggle... Do you think such knowledge can come without Wisdom.. ? I do not think so.. Balance is as it used to be centuries ago.. but egoism may be more these days.. ? Well I am not sure.. but Shifting Balance.. will never be.. now or ever be in favor of knowledge without Wisdom.. and wisdom say.. stop thinking on those lines.. and be practical.. See Mental Hospitals.. and understand.. the Truth.. called "Death" it exists .. and as long as it exists.. the balance will remain where it was.. where it is and where it will be.. Let me wait till when Knowledge overcomes this truth "Death" and Life" and we may agree to your fears.. and question.

Most people have a "spiritual side" that, if ignored, eventually causes them to get out of balance and become unhappy or feeling empty. There will always be a need to fill that space inside. "Knowledge" or reason and logic just don't do that for most of us. We need to have faith and believe in something greater than what we know through intellectual pursuits.

well depends how u look at it, now in a world of science and technology one depends a lil more on knowledge than say the belief that the earth is flat, knowledge helps out more in the real world when it comes to survival, belief is what keeps us going and striving to either disprove others beliefs or fulfill ones beliefs :)

All knowledge and wisdom is given by God;
the downfall of man will be his lack of knowledge.
You can aquire all the knowledge of man and the world that you want to, but its not gonna be of any use to you, ultimately.
This flesh life is only a parenthesis in the
large book that is your life. Birth opens the parenthesis, and death closes the parenthesis. Then its back to your regular existance.
It is given to man to live one time in the flesh; those who preach reincarnation teach
against the word of God. This is a note
for the krishna chicky who continues to push her doctrine of eat veggies and worship idols in the name of God. In that
persons case, its just as well she only learn
the knowledge of the world, because thats
all she'll ever have: hope she's damn good at it.

All people have a belief system--a set of value/moral choices that cannot be proven "true" based on empirical knowledge.

Not that some haven't tried--claiming that science (or whatever) is "better" as a belief system. But tat is in itself a value choice--and not proveable. However, if you want to make that value judgement based on the real-world results of such attempts, the two most well know examples are the Soviet Uniion and Nazi Germany.

No thanks.

Mankind's knowledge will NEVER surpasses the CELESTIAL one of the holy ones in heaven. When this species can create all that you see by WORD, it STILL won't even be CLOSE, and as far as secular knowledge is concerned I am one of it's most highly respected and to the father in heaven I am but a neanderthal in comparison......

It is written, all will be revealed in the end times.
I think there is going to be a shift to knowledge and higher consciousness. "Blessed are they who see and believe but more blessed are they that don't see and believe." Unless divinely given, knowledge is probably 80 percent second hand!
