Whichever one you choose DO NOT open them until you check them with your virus protection which can be done by RIGHT clicking on the file the first option that should pop up is scan with (whatever virus software you use) DO THAT first if you don't have virus protection I recommend AVG personal you can get that here http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free and you should use like ad-aware or spy bot search and destroy to make sure you didn't just open spy-ware unless your virus software has spy-ware already. EXE is the easier way to go cause if you unzip something you don't know how to run it will be of no use to you.

well to start with, you'll most likely get a rush of viruses limewire is famous for downloading them... and you can be find if you download copy righted software, video's films, music, so there is not much you can download legally only viruses and there is plenty of them

I would not suggest using limewire. Too many programs may contact malware or viruses that can infect your computer.
