1. Amish - 100% almost - able to follow it cuz they don't let society influence them...they live in their own environment.
2. Mennonite - 100% Similar to Amish.
3. Netzari Jew - 100% http://www.netzari.com Reason is that if you don't follow, you are no longer Netzari, hence 100%
4. Orthodox Jews
5. Wahibi Islam

I would be more interested in those religions who can't follow because you know it must be pure. If the path is pure then less will be attracted and willing to follow. That is just the nature of the world. They want to be cheated so God allows so many cheating religions for all the herds to follow. The Cheaters and the Cheated. Jehovah´´s witnesses why simple think about who else spend their time trying to share their believe with people we don´t ask fot tithing because truly christians are not under the old covenant (Ephesians 2:15) we are not afraid that Jesus or God will torture us in a hell so we don´t preach because we are afraid, we want to save the life of people and ours . For every single JW there are 100 protestant and 150 Catholics and they are very attacked by the rest of religion and noticiable not because been in newspaper raping teenagers or supporting the war with muslims, so that is my opinion. by the way we are just less than 7 million worldwide and we are in 235 countries and dedicated the equivalent of 150 thousand years of preaching God´s kingdom as the solution of all problems of mankind in just one year, and nearly 1.5 billions of only bible based magazines.

Most people, if they stay in church, continue to go to the church they grew up in. Many do not even know their doctrine. If it helps, I am a 7th Day Baptist, we have 7 parts of our doctrine and each person who wants to be a member of our church (anyone can come!), has to agree with that doctrine. I'd say which ever church does this and is big, would have the most. Mine is small though so I imagine it wouldn't be number one. Maybe a country where you are required to have a certain belief system?
