I have this friend Matt. He helped me unlock all my 6 Chakra Gates. The seventh gate was one where you are suppose to find your inner self and become strong, smart, etc. I tried to unlock it but it seems impossible. Can someone help me?

I really don't know about Chakra meditation. I do centering meditation, but I think the ideas are somewhat the same. Sometimes it helps to study something from a different POV. So here is a website that goes into Christian meditation. Maybe something there will help you figure it out.

Because it is impossible in this age to attain self realization through meditation. The only way to come to our constitutional self or full consciousness is by chanting the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for this age) I can give you a direct site for all info on it. and go to harekrishnatemple.co Read Bhagavad Gita As it is BY Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada- tells how to reach the highest goal of the self. Also explains all paths and what age each one was meant for. Meditation was meant for other ages when we had more intelligence and lived way longer. Chanting This mantra is the Yuga Dharma- prescribed for the age.

Good luck with that. It takes time you know. Not just going to pop open like a soda can. Breathing teqnique pushes energy up to break the seals.(compress air and resist with tounge against roof of mouth like you are exploding) This numbs your conscious brain that is worried about survival needs. This allows you to be less destracted. Chakras are energy crossing points. Seals is what you are attempting to open. Practice practice practice. Desire and work will make it happen.
