yes, they can. Go to a dealer, and identify yourself as a "X" plan buyer and ask to see the invoice, the price will be on the invoice, then ask the saleman for any other rebate or discount on financing. The discounts depend on the sales zone you are in. Different areas have different cars and trucks they want to move.

Ford, just like GM and all the others, wants to sell cars. Of course they're going to give you everything they can to get you to sign the deal. There are some "dealer incentives" that they don't have to divulge, but anything that is an advertised rebate, incentive or whatever else they want to call it has to be for everyone purchasing their vehicles.
