Try a different approach to working out. Start something you love like dancing or kickboxing and you'll find that your results will be better.

Muscles won't show through fat, so if you're not lean, it doesn't matter how many muscles you have underneath.

Use a body fat scale to measure your body fat %. Try to exercise and eat right in order to lean out - lower your body fat %.

Also, try to vary your core workout. Don't just do regular crunches, try doing other abdominal workouts that impact all of the muscles: the lower abs, upper abs, obliques.

And finally, sometimes you just have extra skin that won't go away. That's when you see Dr. 90210 for a tummy tuck 'cause no exercise gets rid of extra skin.

Good luck.

LEG LIFTS!! Rest your arms up on something steady and strong. Lift your legs up, hold, and release. Do these a feel times, you'll really feel it in your lower half of the stomach.

Best of luck,

Melz

I like that pooch. That pooch, as it starts to curve down from the bellybutton to that area above your crotch, is like a playground slide. You're also meant to have it as a place to store nutrients for a baby.

Well have you had a C Section before, if you have had that, it wont really go away, but if you dont, just conitunue the process, and eventually it should go away, if not, talk to a plastic surgeon.
