I am in terrible shape, and alot more overweight than i need to be in highschool. Its affecting everything, and i cant take it. I really want to loose weight at least 50lbs. by 1-3 months, the faster the better. I shouldnt have to live like this, ive even had suicidal thoughts, because of how fat i am. But dont worry i wont. I really need this. Please tell me the eastiest, most efficient, fastest way to lose weight that doesnt involve surgery, diet pills, or buying anything (besides healthy food of course).

I have access to a gym, but im a really busy person

i really need this guys, its scary

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

my mom drinks these shakes called HMR800 and HMR500 she drinks 5 everyday and it keeps her full. They also have soups and other options. it really worked and you could see the difference. also when you get to the weight you want you can substatue the shakes for a low calorie meal. But you have to set your mind to it and if you do after 8 weeks you'll see the difference. Just look up HMR -Health Management Resources

thought abt suicide because of tat...are u crazy....good dont do it...i read that if u wants to lose weight do cardio such as walkin, jogging ...is not how fast u can run but how far u can walk and jog...the far the better...try aiming at least 30 -60 mins a day...have a healthy diet...in three weeks or a month u will see the results...when u got the weight that u wants add some weight training ... to shape..to tone it up...
