Have you ever considered that they are Born Again, but unlike you they understand what it means?

Catholics and others are not oblivious to the need to be born again. In case you don't know this, they read the Bible as well as any other Christian church. Catholics are not the people you see publicized in such foolishness as the Chick tracts, or the ignorant people you hear deriding them from pulpits in churches with axes to grind.

Spend some time and learn something about the groups you wish to bash.

BTW... I'm not a Catholic.

>>Aren't Catholics And Orthodoxians Oblivious To The Need To Be Born Again?<<

No, we're just not obnoxious about it.

Are those Bored Again Obnoxidoxians Oblivious the the silliness of the trinitarian doctrine of three, three, three gods in one. Is it one, is it three, is it really a father, or a son or a ghost. OOOOOOOOHHHH a ghost.
Grow up, get a life.
I pray that god isn't so picky. Then I ask myself: Do i want to spend an eternity with the twice born? No. Give me someone who is more interesting. Spending eternity with the twice born or the likes of Jerry Fallwell or Pat Robertson would be hell.

No.

Catholics are spiritually born again (and again and again) through:
+ Belief in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior
+ Living the Gospel to the best of our ability
+ Daily rededicating ourselves to Jesus Christ
+ Receiving new life in Baptism
+ The forgiveness of sins through the Sacrament of Reconciliation
+ The infusion of the Holy Spirit by the laying on of hands in Confirmation
+ Taking the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ into our bodies through the Eucharist (Holy Communion)
+ Even during the penitential season of Lent

These are a few ways that Catholics are spiritually born again. We usually just don't use those words.

With love in Christ.

You make it sound as if "born again" is a religion or belief system all its own. Any person who believes in God/Jesus can be born again regardless of their denomination or lack thereof. It simply speaks for the fact that when you truly believe what the Bible says, you become a new person in Christ through the Holy Spirit. Thus, you are born again i.e. you start your life over from a spiritual perspective putting God first above all other things.

lol. You just made up a word there. The oldest branches of Christianity understood that you were born again by your BAPTISM. The church has always taught the Baptism was necessary for salvation. The idea of being 'born again' as just a pray that you say to invite Jesus into your heart and your life is a very new one over the past few hundred years. So my question to you is... how do you know that doing that is enough?

Isn't non denominational a denomination? Do they not have doctrine that they ad hear to? Anyways, I have spoken to many of members of the religions mentioned in your question and I find that many believe that their good works will out weight their bad ones. But then I have ran across some that have a firm understanding of Gods righteous standards and His way of salvation. I am born again, I was killed by the Law and reborn through the Gospel.

I'm a Catholic who took Christ at His word when He said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man comes to the Father except through Me." I also accepted His atoning sacrifice on the Cross for the forgiveness of my sins, and I know that I am cleansed by His Precious Blood.

These aren't just my beliefs. . .they are the basic tenants of the Catholic Church. Last time I checked, that means we are saved and your brothers and sisters in Christ.

You say you're non-denominational. Now, if you were only non-judgmental, that'd be even better.

No, Only the Father knows. A Catholic must respond, "not yet" to you. Just because you accept Jesus in your heart doesn't give you an automatic ticket to Heaven. We accept that God is higher than us and we believe as in the bible states ONLY THE FATHER KNOWS. How can you KNOW that you're going to Heaven because you're born again. You must be stronger than God.

I am born again each time I receive the Holy Eucharist.
May the Lord's peace be with you!
