oh the stalker boys... they are so much worse than people think. if you've tried all that, and he's still all over you, its time to threaten him nonviolently. tell him you are gonna take action, either with the law or with a counselor. remember, he could be dangerous, so your first thought should be protecting yourself.

In a case like this don't say "we can still be friends". That is like having a security lock on your front door and never locking it on. A statement that has still and friends in it leads to the other person believing there is an opportunity for 'something more'.
If this person is not taking 'No' for an answer you need to look at putting restraining orders out on them so you have legal recall if it gets out of hand. Here is hoping it doesn't of course.
Notify your local Police Station so they are aware all your friends and family. As people in this position will attempt to 'get someone on their side' this is so they can use that person to 'convince' you that you should be with them etc.
Avoid being alone around this person as sometimes if we are with someone who will reinforce telling them that you don't want to be with them they will more often give up and leave you alone.
Keep yourself safe, best of luck.

just tell him (nicely) to leave him alone. sometimes hints are not enough. and if he still bugs you, well, get like a restraining order. avoid places you know he hangs around. don't answer when he calls you. or if you have a friend who happens to be bigger than the guy, tell him if he doesn't leave u alone that you will get your friend to beat his ***. that should do it!
