find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

what u need to do is force yourself to get up whether it meas taking a supplement or what ever but u are gonna need to do 45 minutes of moderate exercise a day or burn 500 calories a day and do that at least five days a week and if u are eating 2000 calories a day lower it to 1600 you still need the calorie intake for energy but if you are eating very little and doing no exercise bad idea because you wont have any energy in that case you would not be getting enough calorie intake to produce energy. the other thing is you need to exercise and not just starve yourself because if you starve yourself get to were you want to by the time of the wedding and then start eating normal again you can expect to gain 18-26% more back than you lost for example if you lost a total of 20 pounds you can bet on putting on at least 23.6 pounds minimally so u started and 150 tried losing weight got down to 130 and when you went back to regular eating habits you ended up at 153.6 gaining a total of 3.6 pounds this is only because your stomach has know shrunk you have less metabolism and your body is used to storing more fat to offset the minimal nutrients u are getting. so just remember this and do it right and u will hopefully lose what u want and be a able to keep it of good luck!!!!!!!!!!

Well it is important that you eat your breakfast lunch and dinner sufficiently. But it is also necessary that you stop eating in between(if you are eating in between).As you must already be knowing that you should not be eating any junk food.
If you are having oats or anything, you better stop it. Oats help in increasing fat in your body.
*For the tummy it is recommended that you do skipping or just jump at a spot. *Cooking and cleaning help a lot in decreasing the fat in your arm. but waving your arms or liftin will also help.

Depending on your size you will probably only lose a couple of hundred calories per walk ..... 3500 kcal = 1 pound. It's good that you do it of course, but just remember that diet is the prime determinant of weight loss.

you need to realize that not everyone is supposed to be rail thin first of all. maybe your just meant to be big, however if you would like to lose weight in a safe and healthy way you are doing all of the right things, exercising and eating good foods, watch your portion control and limit calories per day to 1800 or so and drink lots of water. also when your exercising you need to be sweating and your heart rate needs to be up in order for it to work effectively
