I'm in between sizes 16 and 14 and been there for a long time.
Size 14's fit me around my waist..but i always got to get 16's because of my thighs! I hate it!!! I just want to get to a 10 or 12.
I go to the gym...work out at home...i eat pretty healthy. What extremes do i have to go to to get to the size i want to be?? ( i would never do something dumb by the way) but more advice plz...i would really appreciate it! ;)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You must eat few calories.

Try doing one diet for 2 weeks without any cheating. You will get there, it is just going to need you to up your efforts for a while.

fat free milk, shredded wheat, 100% juice drinks (no soda), max 7 hours of sleep, cut out side dishes at meals i.e. just eat a steak, or chicken, no sides and no fried foods.
