I'm in between sizes 16 and 14 and been there for a long time.
Size 14's fit me around my waist..but i always got to get 16's because of my thighs! I hate it!!! I just want to get to a 10 or 12.
I go to the gym...work out at home...i eat pretty healthy. What extremes do i have to go to to get to the size i want to be?? ( i would never do something dumb by the way) but more advice plz...i would really appreciate it! ;)
