No way! They energize you and make your brain sharp for the work ahead! Plus you get that cool tingly feeling after a good nap, waking in front of the warm window!
Actually, some jobs are now forcing their employees to take naps to make them more productive. They give them like sleeping pods!
I say, "Let them nap!"
Keep on keepin' on! :)

The new theory says an afternoon nap makes you more productive.. Some places even have a lounge where you can take a short nap and then go back to work.

If you take a long nap, like 3 hours or more it usually makes you more tired. A good nap would be a quick. From 15 minutes up to an hour.

No way!
I look only 2/3 my age because I will sneak away, even if I have to go to my car, and get a ten minute power nap in the low period of the afternoon.

No, especially if I am already sleep deprived from going strong all week. Sunday is the best, because I always take a nap between the morning and evening service!

NO! I take a nap everyday. I have sleep apnea and I am
always tired. I take a nap to catch up.
Also, if I am really stressed up I always take a nap, so I can
try and block out the bad stuff.
You have to do something!

If you get up 6 AM and needs to finish ten pages paper everyday, then I rec you to take a nap, but if you just hangout, shopping, chatting inoine, or wandering on the street, you 'd better not take it.

Some of us can not function without a daily nap. It "re-sets" my brain to be able to reason and concentrate.
