ANTICHRIST means against or instead of Christ. The term applies to all who deny what he Bible says about Jesus Christ, all who oppose his kingdom, and al who mistreat his followers. it also includes individuals, organization, and nations that falsely claim to represent Christ or that improperly ascribe to themselves the role of Messiah.
DOES THE BIBLE REFER TO ONLY ONE ANTICHRIST?
1John 2:18: "Young children, it is the last hour, and, just as you have heard that Antichrist is coming, even now there have come to be many Antichrist; form which fact we gain the knowledge that it is the last hour."
2 John 7: "Many deceivers have gone forth into the world, persons not confessing Jesus Christ as coning in the flesh. this is the deceiver and the Antichrist."
IS THE COMING OF THE ANTICHRIST RESERVED FOR SOME FUTURE TIME?
1John 4:3 "Every inspired expression that does not confess Jesus does not originate Whit God. Furthermore, this is that Antichrist's inspired expression which you have heard was coming, and now it is ALREADY in the world."

The Bible really does not say anything specific about where the antichrist will come from. Many Bible scholars speculate that he will come from a confederacy of ten nations and/or a reborn Roman empire (Daniel 7:24-25; Revelation 17:7). Others see him as being a Jew since he would have to be in order to claim to be the Messiah. It is all just speculation since the Bible does not specifically say where the antichrist will come from or what race he will be.

Does it matter? It is not like Christians will do anything to stop the Antichrist.
For those Atheist that think the Antichrist is not real, as long as there are Christian there will be a man that will mislead them to do his evil. Remember as long as you can get people to believe in absurdities you will get them to do atrocities. Even now the Republican party used the ignorance of the religious to get Bush elected.
The religious doctrine of Christianity is one thing but the culture of Christians is another. It will be the Christian's community culture the will be used to lead them a stray.
I ask Christians all the time if most of them will be misled by the Antichrist how can that be? The deception was set up over 2000 years ago. It is right in the Christians faces but they cannot find this truth in their bible because it is part of the deception.
If Christian don't read other information about their religion they will not be able to understand the deception thus will be so deceived.

If you tend to interpret Revelation as actual prophecy, then the Antichrist will probably come from Jerusalem. However, I tend to interpret Revelation as imagery, and don't think that it was ever meant to be an account of what will happen around the time of the return of Jesus. I mean, think about this -- when has any other prophecy been that detailed? Even the prophecies about Jesus' birth left very much unsaid.

I think the problem is he misunderstanding that "the" Anti-Christ will be one individual. The word itself can imply many anti-Christ. I believe it is a misinerpretation of scripture to assume that "the" antichrist is going to be one, mean, bad, dude. I think it will be many as there are now many antiChrist. Hope this helps! :-)

None. Read the bible to understand the term.
I John 4:3.
Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

The Bible says that he will come out of the region of the old Roman empire. This includes most of Europe, the mid-east, and North Africa.
