I have been told using thermogenics strips fat, is this the case? If so which product should I get? What is the likeliness of getting side effects from these? I want to lose a stone in as little time possible. I am already watching what I eat and exercising but after losing some weight already this hasnt given me results recently.

you should just keep on doing what you are already doing, which is eating healthy and exercising. it might take a while for you body to show some results. how long have you been doing this? how much do you weigh? it totally depends on your body. let me share what i do.

i lost 15lbs in 5 days

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)
trust me, this WILL work!

I will answer your question. . . .

This how it works.

Thermogenics brings your body temperature up and burns fat.

You can use a product called ECA (Ephedrine,Caffine,Anadin) £17 for 60

Take 1 morning and 1 at dinner but none after this time or you wont sleep at night.

Short term use only as this cant be good for your heart.

You also get a side effect what's called the shakes and euphoria plus speeding so i would advise not taking it on its own.

To lose a stone safely you should only lose 2lbs a week so that would be 7 weeks (Crickey)

Plenty of Cardio

Dont forget the more weight you lose the harder it is to lose it (ie it slows down) so you have to adjust your diet and exercise accordingly

Hope this the answer you were looking for

if used properly thermogenics that contain ephedrine can be very effective however they are not for everyone. those who aren't heart healthy or in tune with their body really shouldn't use them. if they are too be used then the maximum daily dosage should never be exceeded. unfortunately too many people think that more is better when it comes to thermos that contain ephedrine and that is not the case. just like with any prescription drug when abused bad things are likely to happen when thermos are used improperly.

personally i always recommend to people that they get the fat loss process started with changes in the diet and exercise first. then once there is regular measurable fat loss occurring thermogenics can be added to expedite the process.

Just keep eating healthy and exercising and the weight will come off eventually. If you aren't already doing strength training that might help you break through your plateau and tone up.

As far as ephedrine and caffeine are concerned, they are a bad combination. When taken in combination with caffeine, ephedrine can raise your blood pressure and alter your heart rhythms. A few people have even died from taking ephedrine.

I tried some of that in the past. Caffiene is good in the beginning for lifting weights or doing longer cardio but in the end you dont need supplements. Look at your diet and workout routine. If you are doing excessive cardio it can kick your body into store fat mode. Trying do 30 minutes of cardio with a 15 minute warm up. Your cardio should be brisk and then max out for 1 minute and then back down to brisk for 3 minutes. This will kick your metabolism into gear. Good luck.

protein is the only thermogenic your body needs. Protein has the highest thermogenic effect of any food: nearly 30%. For example, if you eat 100 calories of chicken breast, 30 of those calories are burned off just to digest it! Without protein, exercised muscles cannot take away fat tissue and replace it with muscle tissue.

ecercise is the best way. if you still aren't losing weight, ask yourself if you are pushing your body too hard. i.e , have you achieved your ideal body weight. if not, you have cut calorie intake further. avoid drugs such as cafeine and ephedrine. these have side effects for sure. don't try to loose weight for the sake of losing weight or to be cosmetically nice. lose weight to be healthy. for an easy diet , try the "pause diet" . search that on google.
