i am trying to build a larger and stronger body with muscles. behides working out and weights, is there anything i can take?? like pills that arent harmful? thanks.

building big muscles is all about the diet @ 70% of the equation , going to the gym is the easy part.

a properly designed strength training program will cause the necessary stimulation to the muscles and cns to stimulate growth. a sound diet with a caloric excess will provide the body nutrients for repair and growth. counting calories, keeping a training log and tracking the body fat would be the top 3 things to do.

at most drugstores there is a section with shakes, pills, and bars that are protein enhanced and such. most these over the counter items aren't harmful and all are legal.
