I know this. I will be asleep in the grave until the day of resurrection.

When we die we will not exist on this earth again but if a person has dedicated his heart and soul to God and has been saved through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, he will have a new home in heaven. This is not an eye opener to any christian.

When I die I will be sleeping in the bosom of Abraham until Jesus comes back and I am resurrected. Then I will get a new body. A glorified body. I hope this is an eye opener for you.

Perhaps this life is an illusion in the mind of some great space squid, and we will only begin to exist once we die and the squid loses control over us. Well, it has about the same chance of being true as what you said...

On the contrary, my faith is real in that when I die and lay my mortal body down, my spirit will go to a spirit world. There, I will wait for the resurrection and judgment by Christ.
It is then when body and spirit are reunited in perfected form of flesh and bone, inheriting an eternal reward.

You really can not know. To know you would have to have a test that can be be proven to be false. This is called the scientific method.
If something can not be proven to be false it can not be known and falls outside of the scientific method.
Thus you can not know you will not exist, or that you will go to heaven, hell, reincarnate or anything else.
You can believe in these things but you can not create a test to disprove that heaven, hell or reincarnation are not true.

Your way of thinking is just limited to the logical things. When it comes to Allah, everything is possible. That's why human is weak, so weak that when it comes to certain things that they can't do or out of ordinary, some of them will quickly refuse to believe it. I believe in the afterlife the same as I believe that there's an almighty power who had created this world.

It depends on what you believe. That line of thinking comes from a particular thought of reasoning. Be careful what you believe.

Wrong! You will exist in one place or another. But that choice will be your own doings!
