yes, it is anti-American that some can do this but others can not. Everyone should have the same opportunities regardless of their race otherwise it is racist and anti-American.

They are cotrolled by the state and they aren't going to let open competition against them.
Its money they don't have to go to the voters for once allowed by the voters-and they still raise your taxes.
