any properly designed weight training program will include a period of low reps, medium reps and high repetitions. training exclusively in one rep range is not optimum for strength, endurance or hypertrophy.

pro basketball players are lean because of the diets that they follow and they get plenty of high intensity cardio on almost a daily basis.
