I mean mostly financial needs...not neccesarily rich, but be able to make sure that you're comfortable.. And also emotional needs, cause to make money you gotta invest time into a project or job, and that usually means less time for you...the lady.

It depends on the kinda lady you want to date come on you could tell of the bat when shes a gold digger or a independent women.
but none of the above will care if your working hard to meet your financial goals and not have time for them the gold digger will entertain herself wasting your hard earned money on over priced item and a independent women will spend her time spending her well earned money.
I think only an insecure women needs a man around to kill the spider and change the light bulb, and those are called drama queens they will call you ten time a day, saying "what are you doing honey, you never have time for me" pathetic.
As for me not important at all, I take care of all my needs when needed.

I think a man shud be able to pay for her food when he takes her out and also if they go for a movie or some misc. things but if u take into consideration jewellery and clothes now for that I suppose ur lady has to be sensible enuf to spend on it looking at ur assets if u can provide I think a guy shud really give to his lady on his own, but if u can't then I suppose u can talk with her and explain ur financial status and I think that shud really explain her. Women expect men to buy them clothes , jewellery , going in restaurants or movie theatre etc etc. but spending on expensive stuff is wat u can channel out.
U can try making money on ur own level but spending time with each other is also a must else wats the point of being in relation. I think money making in these days has to be taken care of by both so if u both are earning it shud not b a real issue. But a girl really feels secure when her guy is financially stable. It's tension free for her.

quite frankly, if i love a man, i'm gonna love him whether or not his income can support us both. i definitely plan on working whether my husband's rich or not. so i guess financially it doesn't matter to me.
emotionally, he'd better be careful! there's no point in making a ton of $$ for your girl and then feeling like she's a stranger cuz you don't know her anymore. If the financial is taking away from the emtional, i'd reevaluate.

Its very very very important to keep their emotional needs content. Girls are very clingy most of the time. And they are ery emotional. Financially is not AS important.. but make sure your on your feet and not using food coupons....
