I just got a phone call today about a bikini photoshoot in two weeks. I am by no means fat, but I definitely need to tone up... FAST! I'm good with eating healthy, but I don't know what the best plan of attack is to get myself in better shape... I'm a former athlete and haven't stepped foot in the gym in around 2 years... ugghh... I was planning on starting to go to the gym again next week, and then I got the call about the photoshoot today. Now I am in a crunch for time... I need a plan of attack for fast results. Any advice, please help!!! =)

Just a note... This was an unexpected offer.... I wasn't trying to get work... the job found me... I am thin - 5'9", 125lbs... I just need to tighten up my thighs and butt... I actually have abs without even working out...
