I just got a phone call today about a bikini photoshoot in two weeks. I am by no means fat, but I definitely need to tone up... FAST! I'm good with eating healthy, but I don't know what the best plan of attack is to get myself in better shape... I'm a former athlete and haven't stepped foot in the gym in around 2 years... ugghh... I was planning on starting to go to the gym again next week, and then I got the call about the photoshoot today. Now I am in a crunch for time... I need a plan of attack for fast results. Any advice, please help!!! =)

Just a note... This was an unexpected offer.... I wasn't trying to get work... the job found me... I am thin - 5'9", 125lbs... I just need to tighten up my thighs and butt... I actually have abs without even working out...

you lunched...u should have started exercising before you even put the word out that you were available for a shoot. there is no way to noticeably reduce body fat in only 2 weeks. you can go low carb or carb cycle to reduce the total body weight, that's about it

You already have some good answers, so here is a fun one , place as many mirrors as you can get hold of and walk around naked, you will soon be tucking in, flexing and posing also put some music on, try it it works!
