i'm 1 point over the suggested range, is this bad? what are the side effects and how can I lower it down within the suggested range.

A lymphocyte is a type of white blood cell which is usually elevated during a viral infection. The fact that 1 point about the normal rang really doesn't mean that you have a viral infection. it just means that there was one or two more lymphocytes in the blod smear that the computer read...nothing to worry about.

You lucky thing! My lymphocytes are 7.68 when the norm is 1.1 to 4.1 moreover some are atypical but this is pretty normal for me. No I do not have Glandular Fever! In fact never had Glandular Fever [Mono}
