I wish I could say something to the illegals I see at work, but I'd get fired.
I work in a hospital, and they come to the emergency room all the time for treatment. And of course, they can't pay for it, so those of us who are working legally are getting stuck with the bill.
I would have no problem treating illegal immigrants in the emergency room, if we could deport them once they were stable. This would also cut down on the number of bullsh!t visits to the ER, which take up time, money, medicines, and cause long wait times for people with more urgent problems.

Bold move with the bumper stickers. You're right, there is a serious problem with illegal immigration in our country and there doesn't seem to be an easy solution (or one that anyone is willing to carry out).
I was thinking the other day, it really isn't fair that illegals come into this country and demand special treatment. I say, the day that I can go to Mexico and have access to English-speaking healthcare workers, educators, and law-enforcement officials, then we'll think about evening things up.

Arcadia WI mayor wanted to pass a city ordnance (Arcadia pop. 2600) making English the official language, banning all signs not using English and fining all landlord and employers who housed/employed illegals, and ban all non USA flags. He quit because of the national attention the little town was getting. After several rapes and assaults and the investigation into serial rapist cop Daniel J. Wineski the INS finally took out a couple hundred illegals. During my campaign for sheriff sever residents told me there were only 27 in Arcadia. I told them they were all on the next block with 10 of their relatives having a cookout. I lost the election and I guess the mayor was a wimp. This don't answer your question directly but YES

i love that bumper sticker...lol too funny but seriously i think everyone is too scared to say anything to them simply because they might get put on the news about abusing illegals but after all that is the main factor in the whole thing they r ILLEGALS. I live in atlanta like most other large cities where every street every apartment complex is overran by them. and not even our own goverment will do anything we have the INS office right here in town why cant they go and get them its not like they are hiding or they are hard to find them just look for the mini-vans or SUV's and there ya have them.....

Believe it or not if you are not a native american there is a big chance you came from immigrants too! its just that in 16th century, when the first group of immigrants came from england they didn't use the word illegal because they swore they "discovered america" when they really just encountered it. How do you discover a land in which people already live on? The offsprings of those immigrants are the "european american" lawmakers who now try to throw out the immigrants of the 21st century. I do have the guts to say anything to illegals just like i have the guts to say anything to ignorant legals like you.. because we are all humans...we all have a heart, lungs, and need oxygen to live...so grow up chic....

They maybe would have killed you maybe not.
My question is if the government is serious about stopping illegals like raiding a few work plants every once in a while then thy does the government supply illegals with food stamps? (Example)If my license were due to be renewed and I had an unpaid ticket I couldn't renew my licenses without paying the fines first. but I guess if it's another kind of illegal its Ok?

This is the way things work: Don't bother no one and no will bother you. Your the one that took the stupid risk of putting that bumper sticker on your car so you were asking for trouble. Yes they should not be here but I would rather avoid trouble and leave them alone.

It's our government's fault for letting this go on so long. Now they feel empowered. It's a lost battle at this point if the borders are not going to be controlled properly. I wouldn't say anything to them. I'd probably be just as desperate to be in this country too if I came from their place of origin.

If it were me, I would confront them on the grounds of their religion.
Most Mexicans are Catholic, and breaking the laws of the land is a sin. They can't possibly take their religion seriously living a lie as they do, remaining in a country where they have not been authorized to stay.
In effect, they're stealing, and they use rhetoric to cover up and excuse it. Confession should be a very busy place for them.

My parents came here through official channels. It wasn't easy, but they did it the right way.
What annoys me most is how they seem to be able to manipulate the system and get food stamps and government assistance when they are not legal. I had to jump through hoops to get my mother Medicare and Medical and I knew friends of friends who were illegal who had no problem getting government medical coverage and my mom got denied!
And no, I have no problem saying this to any illegal. U.S. citizenship is an honor and a responsibility. If you're going to be here, than you should go through the proper channels and do it correctly.
